Next, a local winery, where you'll take a guided tour to uncover the nuances of Lambrusco, a red sparkling wine hailing from northern Italy.

 
After, explore the secrets of "black gold" at an Acetaia, where the traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena is crafted. Your guided tour unveils the intricate production process, culminating in a tasting of this precious elixir.


Enjoy  lunch, composed of a starter, a first course and dessert, at the premises of Balsamic producer or in a winery
