Dive into production of Parmigiano Reggiano, learn about Lambruso wine, explore Ferrari Museum, visit a vinegar factory, and have lunch at a Modena farmhouse on a day trip from Bologna with transfer.

During this full-day experience, you will be able to become familiar with some well-known Italian brands and delicacies born in Emilia-Romagna.
We will pick you up with a minivan directly at your place in Bologna, Modena or Florence (please choose a correct tour option) in the morning, or from a meeting point in Bologna, and let your perfect day begin. We will visit local producers to learn something new about the production processes of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Lambrusco sparkling wine. After all the tours, you’ll taste the products to discover their typical flavors.
Your experience wouldn't be complete without visiting Ferrari Museum, so to see the most famous supercar brand of all time, Ferrari. And, of course, without having lunch in a picturesque estate situated among the gentle hills of the Modena area.
At the end of the day, the driver will take you back to the pickup location.


The order of visits may change.

Starting time of different options:

- 07:00 am - Pickup from Ravenna or from Florence

- 07:45 am / 08:45 am - Pickup from hotel in Bologna or Modena city center

- 07:50 am / 08:50 am - Pickup from a meeting point in Bologna city center, Piazza XX Settembre, in front of NH De La Gare hotel (5 minutes from the Bologna central train station)

- 09:00 am - NO PICKUP / TRANSFER included (a self drive option)

When select SELF DRIVE OPTION, you have to travel with your OWN car. NO TRANSFER is included. Starting time for this option is 09:00 am directly at the dairy farm.

No private guide is included, all the visits will be held directly by the local producers' staff

    Pick-up is available from all hotels in Bologna and Modena, when selected that option, and from Florence, with the appropriate tour option. Please specify your requested pickup point (name and complete address). For other destinations, please ask separately. When select SELF DRIVE OPTION, you have to travel with your OWN car. NO TRANSFER is included. You'll have to reach all the places on your own.

    When select an option with pickup from a meeting point, you'll need to reach the meeting point, P.zza XX Settembre in front of NH De La Gare Hotel, Bologna on your own. The van leaves at 07:55 or 08:55 am (based on the starting time you choose) and will not wait for the late comers.

    The visits will be held in the countryside farms, make sure you have appropriate clothing and footwear. Inside the cellar / storage / etc the temperature could be low even during summer period.
